Watch F1 2015 Official Video Game
It looks stunning, and this year sports a brand new game engine that’s built from the ground up for the latest generation of consoles and PCs. This features authentic and purely physics-based handling with over 20 enhancements over last year. I had a chance to put the game through its paces at a recent media session:
As you can see in these three laps round Silverstone, there is still a pure racing focus, but whether you are a novice racer playing on a game-pad or an experienced gamer playing with a wheel the new handling model aims to offer more authenticity and enjoyment.
New grid introductions and television-style camera positions underline the broadcast presentation along with the full Championship Season. There is also more chance to hone your skills this year in the new Online Practice Session.
Set for release this Friday on Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
