With 460 cars, 26 world-famous locales and 24-car multiplayer, Forza Motorsport 6 is the ultimate racing game. But what does it take to be the ultimate driver?
To celebrate the launch of Forza Motorsport 6, Xbox and Turn 10 Studios searched for the best Forza drivers around the world to compete in the Forza Fuel Challenge. While more than 225,000 Forza fans put their virtual driving skills to the test, only ten of the fastest competitors and ten wildcard entries could make it to Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, to battle it out in a series of challenges with support from their team captains Ali-A, NadeShot and VintageBeef.
After three high-speed races, all broadcast live on Twitch, Xbox crowned Raceboy77 as the winner of the Forza Fuel Challenge. But then we asked: can they beat a professional race driver at their own game?
The team selected Benoît Tréluyer, a three-time 24 Hours of Le Mans winner and FIA World Endurance Champion, to answer this question and put Raceboy77’s driving skills to the ultimate test. The two battled it out in true Forza fashion, racing an Audi S3 on the Circuit of the Americas. So, who came out on top? Check out the video to find out.
