Bandai Namco has released a selection of high-res screenshots for Dark Souls 3. The images really show off the game’s online aspects, and prominently featuring Red Phantoms in many of them.
As any seasoned Souls player will know, Red Phantoms are linked to the series’ player-versus-player gameplay. These malicious apparitions appear when another player is invading your world, usually with a goal to murder you. Also featured in the screenshots are White Phantoms, which are other players summoned for jolly co-operation
