DALLAS – Johnathan Turner, 19, was in the Dallas County Jail Tuesday charged with murder in the death of a friend who police say was killed in a fight over a video game.
Turner was ordered held in lieu of $500,000 bond.
He was arrested Monday at James Madison High School and charged in the March 24 death of Troy Causey, 18.
Police say the victim, who attended Wilmer-Hutchins High School, suffered a skull fracture in a fight a day earlier outside a residence.
Investigators say the teens both played basketball at their high schools and were friends.
Dallas police did not immediately provide additional details about the video game
