Big updates usually end up creating new problems in themselves, with the latest For Honor patch notes confirming that today’s release aimed to improve Match Stability.
“We are aware that some players are experiencing errors that are causing disconnects in multiplayer matches,” a message from Ubisoft explains.
“Our team has identified a bug causing some of the #6000018 and #6000039 errors. We are deploying a fix today at 1PM EST on all platforms to fix this bug and improve match stability.
“Our team will monitor how these changes affect the player experience in addition to investigating other causes of player disconnects.”
Away from the new announcements, Ubisoft have also confirmed that today’s For Honor patch may have also added a new glitch that will be fixed at a later date.
“Please note that this fix introduces a graphical glitch for the Conqueror weapon during his death animation. This glitch will be fixed in an upcoming update,” the Ubisoft message adds.
Today’s maintenance is one in a series of new patches that have been released in recent weeks, an earlier launch looked to remove Guard Break problems recently encountered in-game.
A fan commented: “THANK YOU! The unparryable has been driving me nuts while playing with Lawbringer.
